I am a former patient of Dr Kysela. I had seen her for about 2 years and have since moved outside of Toronto. Since that time I have been made away that Dr Kysela did not provide me with due treatment. Due to her own arrogance and that she disagreed with a specialist she failed to treatment my bipolar 2 as well as did not perform the necessary follow up with a respiratory specialist after scaring me with being at risk of emphysema. I have since learned that while I did quit smoking 7 years ago I should have been made aware at the time of the "scare" that I was in the early stages of COPD . Simply Dr Kysela overlooked two very serious health concerns and in terms of dealing with abuse victims I have yet to forget the day she looked me in the eyes and said "Dont play the victim". I am a childhood abuse survivor which was documented. My advice would be to not walk but run away from this "doctor"
