This hospital has the very nicest people working there. I’ve worked in 2 different hospitals and I just couldn’t believe how caring the staff were. The place is so busy but no one ever rushes you everything feels calm

I have the best care at the Cross Cancer Institute here in Edmonton . I have been there for 5 years coming up and all the Staff are exceptional. My Oncologist such a fantastic person . I trust him completely and he answers all my
questions and always smiling . Wouldn’t have anybody else . Thank you Dr Zhu for being you . Fortunately Edmonton should be very thankful. for having this First Class Cancer Facility and phenomenal staff helping
all of us with Cancer . If I could I’d give The Cross Cancer Institute a 10 out 10 .

Great staff that really care. In everything from radiology to systemic therapy.

Really no help for a recovering person there. You’re only welcome if you are half dead. Treated like I was a bother.

Fantastic place The Cross Cancer Institute. I've been going for over 6 years and have had the best treatment there . I have a great Oncologist at the Cross Dr Zhou who is excellent. We in Edmonton and the North are very fortunate to have such a great Cross Cancer Institute. They also do lots of Trials and Research helping us Cancer Patients get what we need to get a hold of our Cancer . I want to thank all who work hard to help us from Blood Work, CT Scans and so much more to get us through our days at The Cross . Maggie Popal

I was always made to feel like a person not a number. The staff and volunteers were very caring and understanding. Being diagnosed with cancer is a lot and very overwhelming. The amount of information you need to take in in a short period of time is overwhelming. They took time to make me feel comfortable and never rushed. Made sure that I understood each step. I always felt heard. I am more than grateful for the care and compassion I was given at The Cross. I rang my bell 8 years ago.

An oncologist told a relative of mine that she had stage 4 cancer with less emotion and less kindness than a bank teller would give you your balance. She shamed us all when we tried to ask questions. Blamed the patient for her lack of understanding. Dr. Ashley Paul needs to return to school and learn some empathy. A machine would have seemed compassionate by comparison.
