Dr. Randich is kind and has a wonderful manner with his patients. But his staff are rude, curt, and unhelpful. They act as if they are doing you a favor to make an appointment with the doctor and they ask you medical questions before the appointment. Asking is fine but then they start giving you medical advice!!!! Unsolicited medical advice. On top of being rude. When I asked if they had a medical degree, they got short and acted as though I were at fault. I HATE having to call and talk to any of the staff...including nurses and especially those that make appts. If it weren't that Dr. Randich is so great, I would have changed doctors long ago due to his horrible acting staff.
