The food was rotten when I was there over two decades, ago. I gained 25 lbs during my stay, there. I sure hope the food is better, now!

I thought the staff were awesome I was in the kidney transplant area the radiology area the nuclear medicine area and every person I dealt with was kind and respectful the only thing I found not great was the cleanliness I realize that it’s an older building and will never look spotless but it was actually very dirty

Staff here are the worst. Racist staff try to separate women from their partners if their partners aren’t white. My husband was told there was a covid protocol that restricted him from coming in the hospital with me when I had a knee injury. Then I was wheeled into a room full of violent drug addicts and turned against the wall unable to protect myself. I called the hospital reception to check if there was a protocol preventing partners from staying with patients and found out that was a total lie. It was a special lie from the nurse to separate me from my husband because she thinks brown men are automatically abusers. I also saw many women with white husbands who were allowed to stay. When I was finally seen by a doctor after 4 hours then didn’t offer me any treatment and treated me like a lab rat pushing on my injured knee for medical students observing. We eventually just let and went home because care at this hospital is worse than no care.

ST. PAUL’S HOSPITAL meets the standards in the criteria of cleanliness and overall hospital efficiency. However, my 4-night experience there (with pancreatitis) was a nightmare regarding the nursing staff. They were rude, aggressive, sassy, arrogant, and made me want to almost get physically violent with two of them. The staff do their job, but in an arrpgant and unprofessional way that I have never experienced elsewhere. / RS

St Paul's Hospital has brilliant doctors and nurses. I had multiple treatments at this hospital in 2023. The doctors and the staff always treat patients with kindness and respect. I highly recommend this hospital.

I will be forever grateful to the nephrology team at St Paul's. They not only have a fantastic program to assist you in finding kidney donors in a very private and professional manner, but they provide incredible support and education along the way. My husband was very fortunate at the age of 47 to receive a kidney from a friend. The surgical team was world class and the surgery went very smoothly for both patients. The ongoing aftercare my husband receives at St Paul's is remarkable and incredibly thorough. I am so grateful. Thank you St. Paul's !

A nice hospital to be in, even if only for an outpatient procedure. Staff are very nice, professional and caring.

Spent three days recovering from a stomach procedure. My care was excellent! Surpassing Royal Columbia, Abbotsford and service that I received from Chilliwack. The nursing staff on the 10th floor cannot be surpassed.

I have been to St Pauls for 2 procedures and am very impressed by the staff and their knowledge. I had to go to emergency there once and I found it very overwhelming but to them it's just another day at the office. All in all I am very impressed.
