I can’t say enough good things about Jacqueline Muth!
Because of my schedule, she was able to accommodate me via video conference. She quickly assessed my area of concern and was able prescribe me antibiotics & a referral for a separate issue. I’m so happy to have found Jackie and feel very confident being under her care.

Nurse Jackie is a very competent, knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner. She went above and beyond treating my loved one, she prescribed medication and was always available via text or phone and continues to touch base and do followups. I would highly recommend Jackie .

Nurse Jackie is what every family needs! She is thorough kind, and a genuine caring person . She took the time to get to know me and understand my needs. I wasn’t certain I would like seeing a virtual care practitioner at first, and would possibly miss the in-person office visit like I was used to, but it far exceeded my expectations and I would attribute that to her excellent virtual bedside manner. Not only was she attentive and knowledgeable, but her follow-up the next day is what I have truly been searching for in a care provider.
I consider myself truly lucky to have found her and hope to see her for many years to come. Thank you Nurse Jackie.
