Jacqueline was so helpful and kind, she proven in depth analysis and report for my young adult daughter that allowed her to better understand herself. This diagnosis goes a long way in helping our family understand her and gives validation to everyone.

Sometimes I wonder if Dr. Jackie is the kindest person on the planet. It’s so nice to have your doctor care so much about you. She really wants to help people. our sessions have been a life line for me.

Jacqueline gave my son a diagnosis and somehow managed to make him feel validated and full of hope. I worried so much that a diagnosis would harm him – I’ve heard of this happening before. But the way she explained the diagnosis was done with so much kindness, and she had such a way of putting his experiences to words. We were one of the lucky ones to have Jacqueline assigned to us at Youthdale – because I believe she works mostly in private practice. She is a shining light in the system. I wish there were more like her.

Jacqueline is amazing. I tried to get my son to see 3 other psychologists and every time, he refused to go back. But he loved Jacqueline and opened up so much to her. I was shocked. She really got to the root of everything and I saw such a change in him. She's so unbelievably caring and empathic and she really understands teenagers and how to communicate with them.

Dr. Jacqueline is such a kind soul. Talk about going above and beyond. You can really tell how much she cares. And she’s just as brilliant and knowledgeable as she is compassionate. She gave my daughter so much belief in herself. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us.
