The nurse and Kess are both very caring. I feel comfortable with both of them. I am so glad I am one of Kess's patients.

From the moment I entered the office, I felt very comfortable because the reception staff was so very congenial and welcoming. Each one treated me with respect and maintained a relaxed, friendly attitude. Nurse Shantene was so friendly, yet very professional. It was if I had known her all my life! She had a wonderful sense of humor, but attended to her professional duties without a hitch. Dr. Kess was so kind and understanding, listening and responding with gentleness. She made me feel very much at ease. When I left, I was reassured and on my way to feeling better. It was a very positive experience. I look forward to remaining in their care. I must also give kudos to Ashley, the ultrasound professional, who was very excellent in her duties and also super with her “bedside” manner. She is an asset to Eagle ObGyn!
