They have Huge problems in the care for elderly. And there therapy there is none. Mother in the centre 8 weeks with broken arm due to the care she is bedridden left in bed and therapy is almost ZERO If you have elderly parents Do Not send them there Worst experience in my live with the care being horrible

(14/03/22) Went on my lunch hour to get a blood test done. Went to Diagnostic Imaging Lab Desk, as I was told to do by staff at the Cornish Entrance. Waited for 40-45 minutes, with no line up, and still not one staff member came to take my test. So instead I was forced to miss lunch, miss getting any form of service, and now must rebook my doctors appointment, since there's no longer any point to seeing her if she doesn't have any lab results to go over with me. Not to mention, when I inquired as to the reason for the delay, the Desk Secretaries brushed me off, and refused to provide any elaboration. This has been a deplorable experience, and an affront to the Canadian Health Care system, or should I say, Ontario/Quebec/BC Health Care System, since this has become yet another example of how amenities available to those three provinces are never made available to Prairie provinces. Thusly, we can add medical care to the ever-growing list of public services not provided or eve offered in Winnipeg, and Manitoba, which are easily and widely accessible in Quebec, Ontario and BC, since those are the only Provinces that the politicians care about. Yet, we are where all the food come from due to our farming regions. What a laughable excuse for a hospital is a laughable excuse for a city, in a laughable excuse for a province, in a laughable excuse of a country.

I went for a red eye, the nurse then called me while I was having dinner with my family for New Year and asked me to write complaint against the doctor! I say the doctor was fine, she insisted I should write a complaint. I told her to f...off.

I will never go back here again. The staff treated me like my issue was not their concern and basically told me to suck it up and my eye will heal on its own. The door was open the whole time I was with the doctor too so no privacy. The staff are not friendly or caring at all.

I had to go to emergency and the people there ,from the personnel at the front ,to the administration ,security guards and nurses and Doctors were so very friendly , helpful and made us feel like we were people , not bodies taking up their time . Such lovely people ..Honestly ,wow ! Can't say enough about how nice everyone was .We saw an intern and she was lovely and then the Dr. who is a specialist who was very knowledgeable and answered our questions without rancor or being patronizingly irritating . In other words we were actual human beings and that means a lot .

I went to the hospital with chest pain, not know ing that it was no longer an urgent care facility. The nurse and Dr. were very caring and professional while they took my vitals and ensured that I was safely transferred to another facility. Thank you!

This was my first stay in any hospital and and can’t say enough good about my visit. The staff were all remarkable – very friendly and professional. Each step along the way was thoroughly explained and never rushed.
