I'm so impressed with Dr.Thiessen . He did my bunion surgery that's 2 years ago. He did a wonderful job. I need the other foot done and will go back to him . The staff are wonderful. Dr. Thiessen is a very kind person. I would recommend him anytime.

had a knee replacement and couldn't have asked for a better result. He is an excellent doctor.

Went into emergency with Severe Abdominal pain after waiting in a bed for almost 2 hours sobbing I finally saw a doctor they put me on a iv with medication and left me sit for 2 more hours, finally they decided to give me a X-ray and then leave me sit again for another 2 hours, I went home suddenly with a "you have bowel obstructions but we don't know what kind go home and "cleanse" and see if that works" I felt like I was left with a "you shouldn't even be here" attitude, the nurses were Rude and snappy and to top it off when I went to see my family doctor about it they sent her paperwork with scribbles and not even a doctors name, it said "unknown" amazing.. The X-Ray had no comments so my doctor had no idea what took place. This is the health I paid for.. I will NEVER return to city hospital again Ever.

ON OCT 28 I ACCOMPANIED MY WIFE (AGE 74) TO DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING FOR A CT SCAN. SHE WAS NOT WELL AT ALL. WHEN THE TECH APPROACHED HER IN WAITING AREA SHE MADE COMMENT "HEY, YOU DON'T LOOK VERY WELL, OK PERFECT" THIS BOTHERED ME. MAYBE I AM OVERREACTING AND I SHOULD HAVE REPLIED. I FIND THE COMMENT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I CAN THINK OF OTHER COMMENT(S) THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE APPROPRIATE. I AM HOPING THE PERSON WILL READ THIS AND ADJUST ACCORDINGLY. THERE WAS NOTHING PERFECT ABOUT BEING THERE IN THE STATE SHE WAS IN.
