Our deepest gratitude to the doctors, nurses, technicians, and all of the staff at North Bay Hospital. From the ER to my hospital stay. Each and every individual was kindly, caring, compassionate, and professional. Our sincerest appreciation that you all awake each day of your shift and put your best foot forward—you are truly our unsung HEROES!!

    Excellent Care and Treatment–
My husband had an ER visit that went very well. He had vague symptoms– confusion and disoriented,, but we were hoping for a CT scan. He had one in about an hour and the ER doctor was very thorough about explaining it. It was lesions and bleeding in the brain.
Next he went to ICU , and then a stay in the regular hospital. Excellent care, even good food! Havent seen the bill yet, but they take medicare which is what we have. And worth it.

The emergency room here sucks!!! Even with an emergency I would rather wait it out til I could go toy primary care doctor which is not this hospital. Every SINGLE TIME I’ve or taken my children to the er here it’s a horrible long 4 hour minimum wait time to see a doctor for about 3 minutes max then sent home thatay take another hour to get the release papers. Then you have all thsee staffembers sitting around laughing and talking. It looks like the only people working are the ones who does the billing.
