Having been here for various things over the years, nothing here has changed. It looks worn, outdated, dirty, and in need of some fresh paint and ceiling tiles. Some of the staff is great, but many of the staff aren’t so great and are often rude and hateful towards people who come here for immediate care or can’t speak English at all. Service is often slow. It usually takes almost two hours for a person to get a sprained ankle even looked at, x-rayed, and treated by the staff here! I wish there was a better immediate care facility in the area, but sadly, there isn’t. This facility needs major improvement!

I am very happy with the care. The wait is long but they are emergency hospital and the patients that need immediate attention are taken first as it should be.
