Visiting from Hong Kong. My 4yo and wife both had sore throats and went to the Anderson express care. Sat there for 40min in the clinic room. A nurse came in and looked at them for 5min each, then wrote a prescription. One month later, now back in Hong Kong, we received a bill for $500usd, saying our insurance covered the OTHER $500usd! I called Anderson's billing office and requested to see their publicly available pricing, you know... as per the new federal "Transparency" law. First, the agent acted confused. Then, she guided me through many clicks on their site to a spreadsheet with rows "A" through "L", and over 527,000 lines of data, much of which was even confusing to her... the billing professional. That is Anderson's "transparent pricing". The agent then went on to explain that their lack of transparency is due to "insurance companies", and the high prices are because "US healthcare" has problems. Actually, it is Anderson that made $1,000usd for a 10min visit from a nurse. No one else. Maybe it's their costly light bill, or malpractice lawyers, or union dues... but lady... someone at Anderson is laughing in their Mercedes on the way to the bank, and it should be embarrassing to all of you.

TERRIBLE SERVICE EVERYTIME I GO THERE THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL UNCARING I RATHER DIE THEN GO TO THE HOPSITAL. I HAVE BEEN MISDIAGNOSED MANY TIMES THIER AND HAVE HAD TO GO TO OTHIER HOSPITALS TO GET THE CORRECT DIAGNOSIS. IF YOU NEED TO GO TO HOPSITAL THEN GO TO ANOTHER ONE

What started out as a very scary trip to the emergency room turned into a very calming and reassuring outcome. The doctors and staff were very friendly and thorough. I couldn’t have asked for any better.
