Normally I would say I've had good wait times however my 4 year old has been waiting 3.5 hours and counting for x ray results. And a sign was posted saying 4-5 hours for non urgent patients. But we haven't seen any urgent patients in the 3.5 hours we've been here.

4-5 hour wait time. Been almost 6 hours. This is crazy.

What a back country hospital tillsonburg is...like in horse a buggy days. Melanie Kennedy that does HR likes to hire friends and family so the hospital and patients suffer because of here superiority complex. Anyone that doesn't kiss her behind gets left behind. Patients and doctors need qualified employees not friends and family for a chat and reunion every day so people die or wait till they are done their coffee

I went to emergency on Friday, Feb
2, 2024 with extremely high blood pressure and whizzing whe talking. The staff in emergency were amazing, kind, professional. I was put in ICU for 5 days and under the care of Dr. Yao. Dr. Yao is fantastic and explained and kept me informed. The staff in ICU were wonderful and kind. The food was delicious, not the hospital food I had in Mississauga years ago. I thank everyone at the hospital right down to ultrasound and CT Scan technicians. I highly recommend Tillsonburg Hospital.

I have been going to this hospital for years . Yes its and older hospital, yes its a small hospital, yes there isn’t a lot of staff, yes the floors aren’t shiny and new, yes, the people are the best hospital staff I have ever met, yes they do their work 100% of the time, yes dr INculet is the best surgeon ever, yes they have everything you need without too much Over fluffing. When you are tended by people that rely on nothing but who they are , nothing extra this is the place you want to be. Honest

Today, at 1:10pm, I used the ambulance to take my sister, Ophelia, who is 91 y/o and has early dementia, to Tillsonburg Hospital. She’s suffering from diarrhea and at the same time vomiting. I was hoping that she will be given first aid or IV because of her situation but instead I saw her sitting in the waiting area just like the other patients. She already pooped twice and has blood in it. At this moment, it is already 5:15pm and still in the waiting area. I don’t know till when we will wait. My sister is already sleeping on the chairs. She’s already exhausted!!! 😡😡😡 At least at 5:23 pm we are already inside!!!

I used to work here. I would never, ever consent to treatment at this hospital.

Save your life and go somewhere else. Seriously, this place is obviously missmanaged and the building is a dump.
