I came in with a LOT of pain due to a stuck kidney stone. The front staff were very quick processing me to emergency. Once there I was quickly in a examination room and gave a urine sample which was to the lab. A shot in the butt eased the pain and a X ray to verify a stone. The procedure was quick, professional and polite in about a hour. Pain gone, very grateful . Thank You

I went into emergency and there was no wait time. I may have lucked out with the timing but the service was exceptional. Thank you.

We took my 72 year old father hear after he cut his hand with a poer saw up at our cabin 45 min away. We go in the nurse was really nice, they took his info, and moved him to a room, in less then an hour. Then they took him for an xray, and we (me, my mom, and my then 4 year old nephew) followed. As we walked down the hall the nurse came running up with a tray of activities and toys as well as a snack for my nephew. We thanked her and took a seat while we waited for him in xray. We went back to the er about 45 min later, an the nurse said that that the Dr was just in the next room stiching up another patiend and would be in very shortly. She offered my mom and I a coffee, and told my dad he would have to wait until after the Dr saw him ti have anything. SHe brought us our coffees annd packages of cookies. Then she presented my nephew wit a popsicle. We sat and waited for about 30 min then in came the dr. he stiched up my dad and off we went back to the cabin.

This hospital is horrible. The nurses in the hospital are ignorant and neglect patients. They only take good care of there own families.
