I thought Dr Botha was good at my first appointment with him now he just rushes you through and takes non of your concerns seriously. Doesn't want to deal with more than one thing even if the symptoms are to do with a similar issue. I feel like my health will not be taken seriously in his hands or something will be missed.

Dr. Botha is an amazing dr. He is very kind and thorough. It is easy to explain any issues to him as he has a non judgemental demeanor. I feel very fortunate that he is my G.P.

I have been struggling with pain and mental health and doctor. B is the first one to take me seriously! He listens and really seems honest in his desire to help.

I took a nasty spill and damaged my collarbone… i knew it was damaged to some extent as this is my 4th time, same shoulder. i am epicly terrible at dealing with medical and will pass out at the concept of being treated and Dr. Botha handled my situation perfectly. Very realistic and full of humor which made it easy for me and sent me on my way with the confirmation i needed and practical guidance to manage the recovery. 10/10 one of the best in his field!

I had to go to the Emergency for a kidney stone that I had already been dealing with for 2 days. No one else was waiting when I arrived, but it still took Dr Botha 2 hrs before he even spoke to me. Meanwhile he took care of anyone arriving after myself. A finger that needed a dressing change obviously was more important then speaking to me. Then he says he will give me something for the pain. After waiting another 1/2 hour I left. He hadn’t even given the nurses orders to give me anything at this point. He is one of the worse Drs I have dealt with at this hospital in 23 years!

He seemed hesitant to send me for any tests despite how sick I said I was. I got the impression he just didn’t believe me. I did end up having a serious problem and in the end needed surgery.
