I had one surgery which was unsuccessful. Went back some time later for an opinion on another issue and was stunned by his abrupt and rude manner. I could tell by the look on his intern's face he was equally as shocked by his appalling behaviour. He had no time for me and I now have none for him. 'Arseh@le' is too good for him.

When i met Andrew I was a little overwhelmed, but as i got to know him i just loved him. He was funny and I found him to be genuinly interested in my welfare. I had huge operations on both feet over 2 years. Andrew straightened my feet and cleaned out the arthritus. I found him to be very knowledigible and sympathetic. I followed his recovery instructions and my feet are great, no longer sore and now I can travel and do the things i couldn’t do before. I thought Andrew had a great sense of humour and I appreciate that he works long hours operating, visiting patients and consulting with fellow doctors and with patients. After my operation he rang my sister to tell her all is well, how nice was that!!!!! Thanks Andrew.

Dr Andrew Beischer is the BEST orthopedic surgeon in the world and I would highly recommend him. Not often does one meet such an informative caring capable and skillful surgeon who STILL has a bedside manner of a gentleman! My rating? 150/100!

I would like to warn anyone considering taking Andrew Beischer’s advice. I’ve had a spur in my ankle and according to Andrews diagnosis I had a severely damaged cartilage. Andrew’s recommendation was to remove the “dead cartilage” and smooth out the bone from the spurs. As I didn’t have many other choice or much money to get more opinions I went with him. He couldn’t give me any advice on how to improve the joint health, if it wasn’t related to a procedure he can charge for it he didn’t care. I asked different things I researched which could improve my ankle and he confirmed all of them but he didn’t suggest them himself. Along with the general attitude I find him to run a factory of operations and not a healing and helping service for people in trouble and pain. If I wouldn’t trust myself with my health I would still be in great pain today. I have proof my ankle is improving and my cartilage is recovering unlike Andrews advice to accept the condition and live with the pain.

Found him disinterested. Only saw him for 5 minutes leaving with a referral to Victoria House.. Had a cortisone injection which he could have done. Paid to $220 for him and $315 at Victoria House.
