What an excellent Urologist !!! Thanks so much for the wonderful job last May 3, 2023 I had my ureteroscopy on both kidneys. No pain at all after the surgery and mild discomfort only which is normal. Then had my ureteral stents removed last June 30, 2023. Also I am very thankful as well to his Admin Asst. Jennifer for an excellent communications for any concerns I had and for sending me all the necessary documents and informations before and after the procedures.

although seems knowledgable, very difficult to book follow-up appointment in person. Follow-up was to discuss cancer treatment options. All tests showed 100% cancerous, 2.5" tumor. Assistant insists on "phone call". Patient is in his late 80's with memory issues. Hope they realize "quality of life" is being discussed on the phone, with someone with hearing issues and memory issues.

Dr Bhindi. Always in a rush. Unless you have cancer, he is in no rush to see you or refer you to someone else.

Minus 5 star rating for Dr Bhindi the 🤡 Scheduled a prostate MRI approximately 10 months ago complete with a confirmation letter. Upon my arrival at Rockyview General Hospital, I was told my appointment was cancelled. What ? After fasting 6 hours, driving across the city, paying for parking and told this was cancelled by someone in Dr Bhindi's office. I called the office and was informed a cancellation letter was to sent to my home, a fax sent to my family doctor and a personal phone call made by Dr Bhindi to my cell. All not true. Family clinic tells me that Dr Bhindi just dropped me as a patient 6 months prior to the MRI appointment. Still no explanation why the cancellation. This all appears to be fabricated lies and Mr Bhindi should be reprimanded by the college of physicians. Would you trust this guy ?

Hey Everyone,
My first experience with Dr. Bhindi was as a TURBT patient. Unfortunately, I required further surgery. That news was delivered in a straight forward manner. Long story short – this surgeon came to the pre-op area, wheeled me personally into the OR, and, although I cannot remember much after that, I awoke several hours later, still alive! All follow-ups since have been easy to arrange; appointment and wait times minimal, considering the sometimes negative news that this human being has to sometimes deliver. We love Dr. Bimal Bhindi!

It’s been very difficult to get any information regarding test results and takes forever to get an appointment to see the doctor.

Although I just had my first consultation with Dr Bhindi.
I had read a negative review on him.
I found just the opposite, he was punctual, friendly, very professional, helpful and respectful.
I sometimes think maybe we expect too much and maybe we are ones as patients that rate a bad review.
As I said it’s my first encounter but so far so good.

Don’t go see this doctor unless you want to wait hours in the waiting room. He doesn’t seem to care about your time. He’s so arrogant it’s all about him and his time. My initial appointment and my follow up appointment I waited for over two hours. Absolutely ridiculous!!
