We were very disappointed considering we had heard many good things about Dr Powell. He would not give our child a throat swab to diagnose extremely sore throat after two weeks of fever and headaches, even after two visits. Another doctor in another clinic swabbed throat, confirmed strep and prescribed appropriate medication for child. Will not go back.

I have been going to Dr Powell for a number of years, with some difficult health matters. I find he listens, is interested in you as a person, never hesitates to send you to a specialist, and suggests good common sense solutions

Dr Powell treated my mother’s arthritis pain with increasing doses of oxycontin and percoset until she was a zombie, to the tune of 185 milligrams per day for a woman of 95 pounds. We had her medically withdrawn after three years of increasing health and emotional crisis to discover her permanently damaged with severe dementia. She is how in long term care being treated with four extra strength tylenol per day and no complaints of pain. Basically Dr Powell enabled my mother’s total addiction to unneccessary opiates and rendered her last years a fog of pain, sadness and loss of identity. She and my family have been devastated by Dr. Powell’s maleficient “care” and if I had my way, my father would be suing him for malpractice.

Dr. Powell is a wonderful doctor, he genuinely cares! He also works emerge so I know when he’s late it’s because he’s been busy helping others who need it more than I do.

I’ve seen Dr Powell several times here and never received any help. He does not listen or have any compassion for his patients. Went in with chronic pain, gallbladder issues and he suggests to have a public en e ma with a room full of people? Zero bedside manner, zero knowledge, zero help. Thanks for helping me stop vomiting, I left and went to a real doctor that actually helped me and listened with compassion.
Pass.
