Dr. Nahon is the best doctor I have ever been to in my life! Both myself and my mom go to her, she is kind, patient, intelligent, knowledgeable, easy to approach, I simply cannot say enough good things about her. She has always been there to help and ensures that when she is unavailable she has excellent coverage. I never worry about not being able to see a doctor when I am ill. Best doctor in the city!

Very sad to see Dr. Nahon go after being with her for so many years. Will miss her greatly and her lovely receptionist Veronique. It’s too bad they couldn’t find another doctor in the office to take of me.

I am a patient of Dr Nahon and must say she has changed immensely over the time I have been with her! She always seems incredibly tired, distracted and like she rather be elsewhere. I paid to be in her so called group which does absolutely nothing because she won’t call you if you request it, and ignores her patients. I had strep throat and asked to be called back and her receptionist didn’t even relay the message or so I was told, just disgusting to take money for the extra care we are to get in the ‘group’ and not even call a patient back! I was speaking with her at our apt. and she was drifting off somewhere out of it, obviously having personal family distractions. Why not take time off if this is the case rather then come in and only be half there? I feel the compassion has changed, the judgment has changed and is much worse in the last year for sure. If Dr. Nahon were to read this I say that you are a Dr. to be available when your patients need you, not just when you happened to have time available, periodically. I am very disappointed at her most casual nature lately, and currently seeking another female GP because her window of being a good Dr. is long gone. Also, her current receptionist is rude, abrupt and makes you feel like you are a total idiot, asking what you want to come in for. How do they ALL have the nerve from Doctor to Receptionist to act like they are doing you a favor to even make you an appointment? This office is also getting worse by the month administration wise and also a joke that they ever even answer the phone at all, because they have an insulting message on their voice recording of the very few hours they will even answer on any given day! Why bother and open at all?

Wonderful doctor. Never available. Charges you for repeat prescriptions which is standard practice, but if you can never get an appointment, then how else do you access a request for repeat meds. Front desk people act like they are doing you a favor when they talk to you. I dread the waiting room experience.

I feel unbelievebaly fortunate to have Dr. Nahon as my doctor. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and non judgemental. I have always felt cared for and supported by her, in both my physical and mentally health. Yes, my appointments are rarely on time, but I know that means Dr. Nahon is making someone else feel like the only patient she has, like she does for me, and that trade off feels worth it. As some other reviews mention, perhaps this is mainly due to how her staff are booking her. She’s given me great advice and good referrals. I can wholeheartedly recommend her and her expertise (although I want to keep her to myself!)

I find Dr. Nahon to be incredibly patient, non-judgmental, and sensitive. She is kind, but I find her just aggressive enough to pursue the referrals, tests, and information that we need. I’m completely comfortable discussing mental health concerns and women’s health issues with her. Like the majority of busy GPs, she does run behind at times like others have said, but this is reflective of an administrator who doesn’t seem to have a realistic grasp on how long each patient requires and how much one doctor can possibly do in one day.
