Dr. Merki is an outstanding medical professional. He has cared for my family for over 30 years. He is very knowledgeable, answers all your questions and is very patient with my special needs adult son. We just think he is the BEST!

Doesn’t always remember past test of the patent. The visit summary is not correct regarding several test results. The Dr or nurse used to personally contact the patent with results but not anymore. I suppose these are BSA changes.

Dr. Merki is very patient and thorough. He always hears what I have to say and answers my questions. He is never in a rush and makes me feel like I am his priority. I know I am in good hands with him.

I am a long standing patient of BSA Family Medical services. During these trying times with COVID. Dr. Merki and his staff have been outstanding in providing compassionate and medical services in a proficient and professional way. I have very little wait time upon arriving at the clinic, and all services are performed in a very efficient manner.
