I was very skeptical about finding a family dr in grande prairie as we all know how frustrating they are. Donna is my FAVORITE doctor of all time. I mean, she is ALWAYS on time! Amazing. She is thorough, but quick. She is down to earth, answers all questions. She is so easy to talk to. Some of the reception staff.. they are not painful but I have witnessed some rude behavior. Example: Someone was literally 8 minutes late and the staff were quick to cancel her appointment after she explained she was a teacher and had to get someone to cover to make it etc. I thought it was petty.

I am currently looking for a new doctor after having hoorrible experiences with doctor mummert. She is a pill pusher but the wrong pills, ones that do not help in the least. She seems to have attended a very low teir med school in the states and only retained the minimal knowledge in order to pass the tests based on my experiences with her. She is very condisending and her staff is incredibly rude and act like caddy teenage girls. I would not recomend her to anyone that wants to feel better. However, if you would like a cupboard full of useless expensive medication and feel put down every time you walk into her office then she is the doctor for you. I know grande prairie is craving doctors but we have to be a little more picky. Just because someone is ontime does not mean they are a good doctor and that’s really all donna mummert has going for her in my opinion.

I love Dr. Mumert! She is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She truly cares and takes her time with my family. There is no long wait to see her and she is perfect with my baby son. She is the easiest person to talk to and very down to earth.She far exceeds what every doctor should be! Thank you so much Dr. Mumert!
