awesome doctor. Very good communicator . Took the time to explain the pros and cons of surgery. Even explained the possible outcomes. Very easy to talk to. Very professional. I would highly recommend.

I was there for two ours and fifteen minutes and gave up and left without seeing him, The receptionist didn’t apologised when I left. I had to cancelled another appointment that I had at 1:30 because I was still at this clinic. The receptionist is very unhelpfull and Could be very Rude when questioned.My app. was suppose to be at 1245 and I left at 1400, hungry, frustrated and very upset.

No complaints about the front desk staff, seems alright. As for Dr. Randall I think he is very good. He fixed my ACL back in Feb and now I am recovering nicely. This was a long journey first with trying to recover without the surgery and only a knee scope. Each time I visited him he gave me the info I needed to make the decision, basically it depends on your lifestyle…he doesn’t push you either way. I am quite happy with the end result and would definitely recommend him as a surgeon.
