Dr. Norris should try listening to her patients rather than assuming that she knows everything . Two weeks after she told me that there was nothing wrong with me , i found a competant Dr. got a corrct diagnosis and am now being treated succesfully , in short she maybe needs to stop thinking she knows it all and loose the attitude.

As per any hospital clinic visits I’ve experienced, my appointment began 45 minutes late – this I expected. However prior to my appoinment, Dr. Norris told the patient in the next room to me that they were free to go get a coffee because she would not be seeing them for at least 40 minutes, which is thoughtful. When my appointment began, she was polite and courteous, did a full thorough history followed by an exam. We discussed her findings followed by her thoughts on what was happening as my problem was not rheumatologic. She suggested a course of action and made sure she had my family doctor’s information to follow up since I had been referred by the ER. Overall, she was very attentive and helpful – a great doctor.

Dr. Norris is a very polite and very knowledgeable doctor. Im greatful to have been given an appointment in such a short time. My consultation was thorough and i did not feel rushed. I had a chance to ask questions and the action plan was explained very well.

I have ANklousing Spondilitis for 35 yrs now. I have seen a ton of Dr’s. I like most of the Doctors @ St. Mike’s with exception of the head of Rheumatology. Dr. Norris is a GREAT doctor in every way. She listens, advises, cares and gets issues dealt with. She is one of my favourite Dr’s ever. I have also helped her in seminars for training interns. Shes a good Teacher. She is a kind and patient person. I rarely wait very long in the AS clinic at ST. Mikes Martin Centre.
