He is friendly and always seems to have time for all of my concerns, but never seems to remember or look up what we talked about at the last visit. Often makes the same suggestions at follow up appointments. He wants frequent follow ups even for long term medications – he rarely gives me more than 3 months at a time.

He was not good at all! He walks in with laptop and barely even looked at me or my mother. He always says let’s see you again a couple of weeks, in the mean time He just googles what medicine to use. I’m never seeing Mr. Flook again!! Lesson to you all

This doctor is awesome! I've had him since I was a little kid, and he continues to be one of the best doctors in Edmonton - you rock Flook!

The comments about no confidence are true. He comes in with his computer and barely looks at you. Here's the scary part, after a 2 minute appointment of his telling me to follow up in 1 month, I glanced at his computer screen as I was leaving and he literally Googled my symptoms. I think he needs more training, this guy seems lost.

I think having Dr. Flook as a family doctor for myself and husband, we have come to notice that really does not offer much. He consistently seems unsure of himself and it seems to be concern. He sent my husband to the emergency room a dozen times and each time the emergency room doctors say that everything is fine. I think he need to improve his confidence.

My son has been on Vyvanse for the last 2 year and one of the side affects is weight loss because the medication suppresses his appearance. As a parent, I would never know this. I finally noticed my son's close started becoming loose. We have had 4 appointments since starting the medication and Fluke never discussed the potential weight loss or even checked my son's weight to see if he was losing weight. We will not be seeing Fluke anymore and will file a formal complaint.

He sees my mom and I finally decided to come to an appointment because my mom is starting to take a lot of pills. He doesn't remember or even know some of the bladder incontinence medications my mom is on. The side affects are bad and he again didn't seem to know much about my mom's medications. This is unacceptable.
