Waited an hour for my last appointment. Got put in the wrong room and no on me knew where I was..so I’d say a little disorganized. I have chronic lower back issues since back surgery. Never really gave me any solutions or options besides physio, which I already was doing on my own account. Straight up refused me pain meds and told me I had to deal with it for 2-3 weeks while I wait for a steroid injection that may or may not work and then “just wait” another 4-6 months for the MRI. I’d find another doctor that actually cares if you can.
