I have been to Dr. Goosen 3 times when my own doctor was unavailable. He is dedicated, caring, and knowledgeable. I appreciate his thoroughness. He asks good questions. He is to be highly recommended.

He is a good doctor but it is hard to get in too see him it seems like he is always away.

Dr. Goosen delivered our son. We were one of his first maternity patients in town, and we are extremely happy with him as our family doctor. He took every precaution necessary, with my pregnancy, and was very thorough. He's very good at putting your mind at ease. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Goosen is the best doctor he is our family doctor and i just love him. he is very helpful and takes all your concerns seriously very reassuring. i highly reccomend this doctor.

Helped deliver my daughter after discovering she was stuck. Even though I was a huge baby he was absolutely wonderful, I’m thankful everyday for his care and compassion.

Have been seeing Dr. Goosen since we moved to Lacombe in 2000. Excellent Dr. Was diagnosed with cancer in 2010 an am still here because of this and a very fast referral to a specialist. Still see him regularly for followup.

Wonderful Doctor! I have had many problems over the years and I thought I was seeing a good doctor but I started to see he didn’t care much. Then I went to Goosen and he actually listened and didn’t beat around the bush!

Worst doctor ever! no so bad at first but he got worse and worse. If you are past the point of having children he will ditch you as a patient.

Dr. Goosen has been my GP since I got pregnant with my first and he was still in Lacombe. Once he moved to Ponoka I followed him there. Excellent bedside manner. Answered all my questions and concerns. Delivered both my boys. Listened to all my wants and needs during labour and delivery. Held my hand through a cancer scare. He is truly an amazing doctor.
That being said. He is a very busy man. Has limited office hours. Usually booked in far advance. But worth it to me.
