My husband and I first met him with a meet & greet. He was so outgoing, we felt at ease with him right away. He is exactly like our recently retired doctor. Dr. Obuekwe is what the doctor ordered. Recently we had a phone appt with him also and he was on time, and very open and honest, caring. So glad he moved to Kelowna. Hope he doesn't leave. So glad he is our doctor. Deb & Jack..

This guy is the man, he is the most nicest man, treats everyone so wonderful. He really does care so much for others, and it shows when he is treating patients. Ife is just the best

Was seen by Dr Obuekwe in the ER in Grande Prairie, AB for non stop emesis (vomiting) after a routine screening colonoscopy. He was friendly, empathetic and quick to get me on an IV drip with some anti-nausea and fluids as I was dehydrated. Also did xrays to ensure nothing else was going on otherwise (which it was not). He came in himself to tell me my X-rays were good and asked if I was feeling better and said I was able to go home when ready. I was very happy with his bedside manner and care by him.

Hes kinda terrible. I had issues with female related stuff and being extremely tired. It took dropping him as my family doctor and going to someone else to find out what was wrong. He wanted me to buy a sleep apnea machine when he told me i didnt need it. So when i went to another doctor, they were confused why he never figured it out for like a year when they said all my tests showed i had low iron. I feel like when it comes to any kind of women issues hes probably the most useless doctor and acts like any typical guy and makes you feel crazy for thinking it hurts.

This guy is fantastic! Methodically figured out my young daughters issue and kept her smiling, laughing and in awe the whole time. Quick to smile, excellent helpful service and my best physician’s experience to date (and that’s saying a lot there are a lot of great doctors out there!).

Excellent physician. Picked up on issues I’ve been complaining to my regular doctor about. Sent me for the right diagnostic imaging right away, his suspicions were accurate. Too bad he’s left town.

Dr. Obuekwe wrote a prescription for my wife, for a drug which should not be used if you’re anemic or have frequent headaches. She has both, but he didn’t take any history. She had an extremely severe reaction to the medication. I suggest you either wait for Dr. Greyling to get back, or see one of the regular doctors.
