No acknowledgement that a human being was attached to the foot; No eye contact, no opportunity for discussion. I wouldn't go back.

I saw Dr. Nesbitt 4 times and was on time (early) for each appointment. Each time I waited over 1 hour to see him for 5-10 minutes. There is absolutly NO privacy in the office. One time he called a patient's doctor from the reception area and everyone heard the entire conversation. I am disgusted with his office. Discussing my problems in a room full of people is not my idea of visiting a doctor. He has absolutly no bedside manner. I have since gone to see another doctor and was thrilled at being seen in a private room.

Dr Nesbitt's office is no more crowded or tardy than any other Specialist GP in the City, especially when you consider the number of folks requiring his services. I suspect he is an INTJ on a Myers Briggs scale - wants to do good work, address problems and sees little value in pointless chit chat. I want good care not sparkling conversation and I get it. At the same time he is quite good with this elderly patients in getting them to understand their role in treatment. I do not want a doctor who spend most of his time in idle blather instead of getting work done. His staff are excellent and provide the social back and forth to the patients. In my several years of preventative care at his office I have seldom seen an unhappy patient.

Dr Nesbitt has been fairly quick at seeing me time wise, but his manner is uncommunicative, he doesnt really seem to have any interest attached to the human behind the foot. The open air concept of having everyone see your feet and hear your discussions is awful. He really has no interest in 'listening' to the patient and after seeing him 5 + times my foot is in the same condition as when I first saw him. He now maintains I need the pain clinic, when in fact I am sure I have tendon issues, my request that he checked the tendons was met with an outright refusal. One more appointment and I will also be seeking help elsewhere. I am feeling that dr nesbitt believes the solutions for everything lies with his very expensive orthotics and if you arent willing or able to have those, he loses total intrest in you as a person or patient

Disgraceful that a patient sits for a minimum 1 hour past appointment time due to overbooking.Clerical staff are outright rude to patients and have little or no respect for them. The nurses are very good. Courteous and thorough. Oh and it is meter parking only in the area of the building.

Originally went to Dr. Nesbitt for a wound on my foot that would not heal, and kept getting worse and worse. He actually investigated, and discovered it was MRSA Staph infection. His treatments (silver dressings) took several months, but slowly the wound healed. Yes he has the “bedside manner of a mortician” (lol) and yes hhe is always overbooked, but you can also get in to see him with little to zero notice if you have a problem. Try to get one of the first appointments of the day – no wait.

Worst dr i have seen in my life. No respect for patients time. Takes 6 months to get an appointment and he tries to finish in 5 minutes. Also he insists that you use his particular medical supply shop and makes you wait 1 hour without any hint of apology.

Excellent Doctor, staff are great! Times sometimes can be long, but well worth the wait! Saved my leg

My first and last visit to this Dr. is he paid by the number of patients he can see in a day? The wait is 1 hour so don’t be in a hurry. His staff need a class in time management and respecting other patience time.

I took my elderly mother to Dr. Nesbitt after being referred by another doctor. He came highly recommended. My mother had ulcers on her leg and heel. Her family doctor tried with out much success to get these ulcers under control, so he sent her to a specialist for care. After seeing the state that my moms ulcers were in the specialist sent her to doctor Nesbitt. Only then, did the ulcers receive the necessary care and attention required to make healing possible. I really didn’t care what his personality or bedside manor was like or that she had to wait in the waiting room. Her ulcers showed up in August and were getting worse by December when we finally found Dr. Nesbitt. With only a few treatments my moms legs have recovered dramatically. PS. If you make a doctors appointment at 8:30 am don’t make an appointment at 9:30 am elsewhere. If your regular doctor is getting you in at exactly the scheduled time and getting you out 15 minutes later after a treatment then what level of treatment are you getting? And, I would be really pissed if my appointment was ahead of yours and they rushed through mine so you could get to your manicure at 9:30 am.
