Rescheduled my surgery without telling me. Was an hour late on the rescheduled day. Nursing staff was very immature and catty. Gossiped and laughed about balding men when they thought the patient was out of earshot. No point in trying to watch a video with the Gillespie clinic’s vaunted high tech media; the airhead nursing staff prattle away endlessly. Every time the phone rang in the surgery suite, the nursing staff, who were supposed to be inserting grafts in my head, would stop and talk on the phone. Mind you, they never turned down the hip-hop music they were torturing me with. As well, only one nursing staff member would re-glove after touch non-surgical equipment.

I am so lucky! I met Dr. Gillespie and his fantastic team! In the Gillespie Clinic I got professionalism, high quality, thoroughness of the work, attention to me, goodness!!!! You are the best!!! Thank you very much!!!
