Good theoretical knowledge of the text book but not anything complex
No empathy

Nothing happened as promised during my admission eg I was waiting for various investigations. They were not ordered, the wrong test was ordered, the paperwork was not sent in, logistics were then not organised so tests were missed when (I was unaware) they were finally booked. None of my discharge follow up was organised. Nearly all of my medications were prescribed incorrectly. You get the idea…

This doctor saved my 23 year old daughters life. She did not leave any stone unturned. She worked tirelessly to fund out what was wrong with our daughter. She was able to identify a rare condition our daughter had that other doctors either missed or did not consider or even know about because it was a rare disease. I can’t thank her enough. Our daughter has made a rare full recovery in the main because of the amazing care from dr wang.
