I was really scared when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, of course. The Cross Cancer is absolutely top notch and I’m really lucky to have Dr King! Truly a very kind lady, thanks for all your help 🙂

Likes to be in control. If you ask questions, as mentioned below, she will feel threatened. Her compassion is limited to doing what is clinically necessary. Prescription pad medicine, not care, which is not what cancer patients need.

Dr King described my cancer diagnosis and treatment options with absolute clarity. Curing my nasty cancer was her goal. She followed my progress carefully and addressed complications quickly. I have had the best care and the outlook for a positive future due to her experience and kindness .

I apparently asked too many questions about the efficacy of chemo in treating breast cancer. Dr King was factual and did not extend any compassion or possible alternatives. The fact that she would not take my subsequent phone call to follow up in obtaining further info to make an informed decision left me feeling dismissed. Even with hormone therapy, which I DID do, she would not speak to me — deflecting everything to radiation.
