Since my MVA,I have been a long time patient and found her to have good bedside manner. She is cognisant of a new/returning patient’s medical needs.Dr.Malone asks you how you are,and you get a sense she actually wants to hear your response? This DC is willing to work with your MD in treating you.

I was a patient of Dr. Katie Malone at the Oakville Physiomed location (she is now at the Blue Jays Way Toronto location). I signed up for and paid in full for a series of treatments. I was a third of the way through the treatments when the facility was closed down. I was not given any prior notice and only found out when I showed up for my appointment and the doors were locked (not even a sign on the door!). I have emailed Dr. Malone multiple times and have never received a reply. Her assistant Alex does not put my calls through to her and insists she will reply to my emails. I considered going to her new location and waiting to be seen but I don’t want to create an unpleasant situation. It has now been five months which is why I have posted this. I lost a lot of my very hard earned money and never recieved the treatments I required. Bad medicine in my opinion.

She's all about the money and doesn't know what she is doing with her treatments. She talks in circles and never gives a straight answer about my care or my case. But she acts like she's a genius. Talk about unconscious incompetence!

Improper treatments for my car accident and never felt any better after any of my appointments. Worse place for rehab. Nice staff but they do not get you better they just use up all your insurance money and you don't get any pain relief . Physiomed - 1 Blue Jays Way Toronto location. I've heard good things about other Physiomed locations like the Scarb. and North york ones I know 2 co-works that have been at those ones and they were feeling better after their 1st appointment. 2 months and no improvement with me. My co-workers accident's were worse then my accident. Lack of training at the Rogers Center!
