I have never had a more caring doctor. Dr Millstein is very thorough. always takes her time with you. She cares about all aspects of your health and if she doesn’t know the answer she looks into it. It is wonderful to know that doctors like her still exist.

Dr Millstein has been my doctor for almost 20 years. She is incredibly compassionate - and advocates for my health and wellness above what I believe many doctors would do. If having to wait a little bit past your appointment time to receive this level of professionalism is the cost to pay - I don’t see how anyone could complain. Thank you Dr Millstein for your continued support

Disappointed with Dr. Millstein and staff. Received telephone call from specialist`s office to make appointment. No notice from Dr. or staff and have no idea why I have been referred, Must consider changing physician as I believe I should have been informed about this matter and others. Also begrudge paying $100 annual fee - have no friends who must pay this fee to their doctors.

Very unprofessional. It is 2021 now and she still write down 2020. I had to go back to her office for her to change the year. She messed up.

Horrible Doctor. Has No clue. Googles everything. How did she get her licence? . She makes personal calls to husband while he is golfing and claims it was an emergency. Totally unprofessional. Definitely two thumbs down. OHIP should pay a private visit to her and re-evaluate her licence.

Dr. Lisa Millstein and her staff are awful. I will tell you why.
1. The British accent lady has difficulty in hearing when it comes to phone calls so every time I have to call the office, I have to talk to someone else. I also saw her getting upset during phone calls when I’m in their office. I believe she needs a hearing aid. 2. There is a medical receptionist who only works on Monday and she is awful to talk. She yelled at my mother on the phone. The Monday receptionist is always cranky. Maybe she shouldn’t work on Mondays or perhaps she just isn’t professional in her job. 3. The most unprofessional in that office is Dr. Lisa Millstein! SHE IS THE WORST! She is ALWAYS LATE! She uses an excuse that her kids make her late all the time. The truth is that her lateness is already her characteristic of who she is and it is a pity. I had to wait two hours for her to see me! I just wanted a flu shot! I had to pay $30 for the printed flu shot so I can give it to my school! My sister paid $60 for clinical forms! She likes to make patients poor so she can have all the money she wants. I’m never happy with her. I’m crying my eyes off because I’m so unlucky to have her as a doctor. She’s abusive to us as patients by coming late to appointments, talking on the phone while I’m in her office or while she is talking to me she is also talking to another patient or a family member that’s not even an emergency situation; she asks too much when it comes to money like last time. I already paid and then she asked me again to pay when I already paid. I told her I paid already. She is focused on the money and not me as a patient. She is VERY MOODY. Unprofessional! She is mostly unsure of everything so she needs to keep checking the textbook! I think she barely passed her MD Degree. Please don’t take this doctor! She will take advantage of your time, and MONEY!

My experience with Lisa is terrible. She is very late in my appointments, and she has mood swings. Save your money, don’t be Lisa’s patient. You’ll see.

I love Dr Millstein she is amazing I would not change her for anything I moved to another town but drive out to see her because she is so good
