Dr. Derakhshan has been our family doctor for the last five years. She is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. She listens carefully. Her recommendations always make sense to me.

The clinic that she working at has awful service. It’s too crowded with many drop-ins therefore your appointment means nothing. My wait time has been 45 mins to 1.5 hours. The staff at the front desk are somewhat rude. The facility is quite old and seems unkept. On the other hand, Dr Derakshan is kind and knowledgeable.

The front desk people are quite abrupt, and the punctuality is bad – but the service by Dr. Mina is great. She knows her stuff and is very personable. If she had better support from her staff and was more timely I’d be delighted!

She is an excellent doctor. Unfortunately the clinic she works in has become overcrowded and the majority of the staff are quite rude. I have been going to this clinic for 10 years and Dr. Mina is the second doctor I have had here. She listens and treats me with respect. I just wish the clinic would go back to how it was 10 years ago.

Shows no interest in the patient. Is very careless with tests and results. Not imformative or helpful at all with diagnosis’. Very indifferent and unresponsive to patient concerns and problems.

There many issues with the doctor and her staff… absolutely unwilling to do work, do follow ups, and even setting up references… my husband was diagnosed with pneumonia by an ER doctor where he had seen Dr. Derekhshan twice in the past few weeks… she never even recommended a simple X-Ray knowing that my husband was having all the symptoms!!! we ended up at the hospital because he was chocking on his own coughs and it never occurred to the doctor that it could be something other than just a cold… she is a refill and referral doctor, only if they staff could manage to set up a referral! I am very disappointed and looking for another doctor since she might cost us our lives one day! stay away from her unless you walk in with your own prescription to refill.
