I met him early october 2022 and described my sciatica pain which was ignored by an earlier surgeon despite getting two CScan images. He gave me two options on surgery and asked him what is best should be done and within 6 weeks surgery was done and almost all major pain gone, and walking with little or no pain

I met with Dr. Z. early February due to a herniated disk causing Spinal Stenosis. He was very understanding and knowledgeable and pushed to have surgery fairly quickly. Just under a month of meeting with him, I had my surgery and now feel wonderful. Thank you Dr. Zarrabian and all the staff as well for the great care you provided. I am very thankful to have had such a great surgeon to look after me. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Zarrabian has shown high degree of knowledge and professionalism . He took the time to explain everything during our meetings, and also did another thorough physical examination just before the intervention ( due to my anxiety of having the procedure, or wait and see if things will get better….well, they would have not 🙂 ).
I highly appreciated his conservative approach and the proposed minimal invasive procedure, which was exactly what I needed, considering my MRI report and symptoms .
Excellent manners , care and compassion, before and after the surgical procedure. I’m gradually regaining my strength and my energy level increases day by day.
Finally, I can walk and enjoy life, without the fear of sudden excruciating pain!
I would definitely recommend Dr.Zarrabian to anyone suffering or having issues with back pain.

Dr. Zarrabian is a world class spine surgeon. He is extremely knowledgable, caring and also appreciates the need for quick surgery dates…something that is unheard of in Canada. I have a long history of back issues so I know the drill. Physio, Chiro, massage etc. Nothing worked. I was a mess. After many months of unbearable & unresolved pain that left me unable to walk more than a few steps, I found Dr. Z – who was quick to respond and offer a solution. Just over 1 month after my initial consultation, he performed non-invasive surgery and I was able to get on with my busy (triathlon) life! It was so successful, I almost skipped back to the car just a few hours after surgery (not recommended :-). I haven’t turned back. Recovery has been a breeze and I’m the happiest person around enjoying all my favourite activities (and a few new ones!)
The administrative staff as well as the surgical team are top notch. The day of I was nervous, but the nurses and care team answered questions and quelled my nerves. They were the BEST! Communication was excellent. Personal follow-ups from Dr. Z as well as from the care team to make sure all was well. Tons of opportunity to ask questions if needed. Everything went exactly as expected…better than expected! THANK YOU DR. ZARRABIAN!!!
