I was never given any notice that Dr. Ishkakova was quitting her practice. The secretary was very rude to me, when I tried to get the nurse practitioner to give me some repeats on my prescription. I feel really alienated. Just thrown out with the bath water. No recommendations for another doctor. I liked her when she was there, but hardly ever seen her for at least a year or more and was always sent to the walk in to see the nurse practitioner after, then abruptly told she was leaving her practice. Not good, nor professional at all.

I really love dr Maria she is a very caring and compassionate doctor that takes the time to listen and really figured out what the real issue may be. She also very down to earth and does her best to explain things to you when you are not understanding fully without all the doctor talk. I am very happy to have her as my doctor

I like dr I she is a good doctor but her receptionist should be fired she is rude unhelpful it’s like she is doing you a big favour to get any help

Reception staff is deplorable. More concerned with patient's shoes, than their well being. Causes undue stress. The Shoe Monitor and Ms. Condescending would do good to find work elsewhere.

She is very understanding, listens to her patients with empathy and is personable. Paperwork from her office is slow but with new electronic systems in place I feel this will improve.

She is caring, patient, and knowledgeable. One of the best Doctors in town. .I have one concern ; with the lack of trust I have concerning communication with her staff. I have experienced when faxes are sent with no action.I am forced to make several calls to have the situation felt with, at time I feel like a pest and even embarrassed adding undue stress. I know she wrights refurals yet non have taken place even after a year, and I hate. Having to stay on someone to complete the job. This will fall on a Doctors credibility and not on the staff she depends, pays, and trust to do there job. I can’t say one negative thing when it comes to this Doctor she is truly amazing, and consider myself lucky to have her.

Highly respect her and appreciate her professional opinion. She truly cares about her patients and is willing to step up to bat for you. My case is complex and she refuses to give up! I am so grateful for her. A++++ we need more doctors like her.
