Started out poorly with her, rescheduled first appointment. Takes a long time to schedule appointments - 2 months is typical. Frequently reschedules. This has gotten worse. Seems helpful when I do meet her. Not always consistent on following up on issues. Staff not helpful at all. I'm looking for another doctor.

After our 35 yr physician retired we are now patients of Dr. Iskhakova. My first appointment too 2 months to secure. She was 1;15 min LATE with my 11am appt. She gave me a blood workup order and I have to wait 10 weeks for a re-check. Since June 2 our pharmacy has faxed Dr Iskhakova 3 times to get a refill as the next appt isn't until July! Her receptionist told me all she can do is leave the fax with the Dr....and that she has other faxes pending as well. I WANT MY OLD DR BACK!!! NOT HAPPY~

We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Iskhakova this past week when our physician was away. All interactions and care from her was excellent and it was 100% a positive experience. She was extremely conscientious, thorough, respectful and very compassionate! We are fortunate to have her in our medical community. Thank you Dr. Iskhakova!

She is very understanding, listens to her patients with empathy and is personable. Paperwork from her office is slow but with new electronic systems in place I feel this will improve.

She is caring, patient, and knowledgeable. One of the best Doctors in town. .I have one concern ; with the lack of trust I have concerning communication with her staff. I have experienced when faxes are sent with no action.I am forced to make several calls to have the situation felt with, at time I feel like a pest and even embarrassed adding undue stress. I know she wrights refurals yet non have taken place even after a year, and I hate. Having to stay on someone to complete the job. This will fall on a Doctors credibility and not on the staff she depends, pays, and trust to do there job. I can't say one negative thing when it comes to this Doctor she is truly amazing, and consider myself lucky to have her.

I like dr I she is a good doctor but her receptionist should be fired she is rude unhelpful it’s like she is doing you a big favour to get any help

Reception staff is deplorable. More concerned with patient’s shoes, than their well being. Causes undue stress. The Shoe Monitor and Ms. Condescending would do good to find work elsewhere.

The most attentive doctor i ever met. And very professional and intelligent. I am lucky to have Dr. Iskhakova as my family physician.
