THIS IS A REAL FAMILY DOCTOR THE TYPE OF DOCTOR U READ ABOUT BUT IN FACT DOES EXISTS. I HAVE SEEN THIS DOCTOR SINCE I WAS 17 YEARS OLD AND AT 55 HE IS STILL VERY HIGH ON MY RATING LIST. THANKS FOR SEEING ME TROUGH SOME TERRIABLE TIMES.PLEASE NOTE UR STAFF HAS A BAD MEMORY...WRITE IT DOWN/MAKE A CALL DONTY LET THEM LEAVE THING TO MEMORY....IT COULD HAVE BEEN MY LIFE......

THIS DOCTOR IS GREAT, I WILL SEE HIM UNTIL HE RETIRES, OR UNTIL I DIE WHICH HE IS AWARE OF. I TRULY THANK DR ANDERSON FOR HIS SUPPORT BUT HIS TWO STAFF MEMBERS LEAVE SOMETHING TO DESIRE. THEY CERTAINLY NEED TO KNOW TO LEAVE DECISION MAKING UP TO DR ANDERSON AND NOT TAKE LIBERTY WITH PATIENTS LIVES--WHICH IN THIS CASE HAS COST ME MY TWO CHILDREN AND MY BEAUTIFUL WIFE....ALL THE BEST DR ANSERSONS....

It isn't surprising that Dr. Andersens is probably one of the best connected G.P.s in the world. He is one of this country's unsung heros. He has worked for the U.N. and other agencies, giving of his time and his skills to those that need it most. He has a huge depth of experience as a doctor and a liver of life. He has a huge heart and plenty of positive energy. The same however cannot be said for his front line staff. After almost twenty years with Dr. A., this latest pair finally drove me out. That was about four or five years ago and they're still there. I and others have mentioned this to Dr. Andersens but we all knew that his generosity of spirit would prevent him from saying anything to them. He told me then, as he has told others, that his receptionist is just trying to look out for him. It's really unpleasant, but if you've got the stomach to give it a try, he's fantastic.

Very attentive, caring and compassionate demeanour .. really knows how to listen without judgement. It is clear to me he just wants the best for his patients. A true gem.

Dr. Andersens is an excellent Doctor. He is very knowledgeable and really cares for his patients with an empathy that is uncommon among general practitioners.

I have seen this doctor since 1982 and have always had the greatest respect for him however following a MVA he has let both my family and me down terribly. In 2 separate occasions he has and his staff has over looked very important medical test and failed to alert myself which in one occasion was life threatening. When I bough it to his attention he claimed Loss of memory. When I was being abuse medically by a Toronto based neurologist he stood back and did absolutely nothing, when I was being over medicated and as a drug addiction “expert” he stood by and did nothing. He is now claiming he cant find files and cant remember written facts it led me to believe that he is is being forced to not provide information which is cover of deception for another doctors negligence.Now that the CPSO is involved his files now seems to be lost. When I requested my files he refused to and I had to force the issue under the Privacy act. When I asked for an appointment to see him he stated that he was not taking in new patient, yet he is advertising on Youtube looking for new patients. I am absolutely shocked with his behavior and this activity he is now engaged in.
It is with regrets that I have no choice to expose this publicly within the next 60 days.
This truly a shame when I had absolute trust in him and his staff.
