We were supposed to see the Dr. Instead, a nurse attended the appointment. She said that she would call back that day or the following day after she talked to the the dr. She seemed thorough but then we didn't get a call back for a week! Seemed very odd that we didn't see the Dr. at all.

I'm very please with my all my interactions with the staff, nurses and Dr. Laliberte. October 2022 I had an Explant done and I'm very happy with who punctual the staff was at getting my surgery books, completing my paperwork, replying to any emails. I've actually never has encountered any medically clinic like this. Dr. Laliberte was very kind and listened to my concerns without judgement. I know so many women who are sick and want their implants out, and I've high recommended Radiance.

I just got a breast reduction 4 days ago and I am already so happy with the results. Dr. Laliberte was so helpful and so kind to myself and my mom during this transformation. He sat down and explained exactly what he was doing and what to expect after. He’s answered all my questions I have had so far. I would recommend him to anyone! He is an amazing man and an even better surgeon!

I seen Dr. Laliberte for a breast reduction after procastinating over the procedure for a couple of years. Best decision I ever made and Dr.Laliberte did what I think is the greatest job!! He is kind and thoughtful and very present during any appointments I had,he calmed my fears and promised me he would make me a gray set of breasts again and that I would very happy!! By the time my surgery came I felt so confident that everything would go great, the whole surgery team that day was wonderful. I like that he listened to my concerns and continuously reassured me. Super kind,gentle, and I believe very passionate about his job! I have never been happier and I am glad I procastinaed because I ended up with Dr.Laliberte as my surgeon, I keep recommending him to anyone who asks how my surgery went!!

I saw Dr Laliberte when he was a locum for Dr Brown in Abbotsford, BC. He was kind & charming & I felt safe & confident with him as my surgeon. I went ahead & had both of my breasts removed based on Dr Laliberte’s advice on reconstruction. Unfortunately, in the end, what he told me would take 3 months and 600ccs to get back to my pre-mastectomy breasts ended up taking 16 months, 5 surgeons & 1140ccs. Even then, my breasts still aren’t the same size as they used to be but I am happy they are close. Clearly he is inexperienced in sizing implants and that inexperience set off over a year of stress, anxiety & emotional turmoil for me.

recent breast lift in January 2016. found Dr. Laliberte to be professional and very approachable. answered all my questions, and properly discussed procedure risks. highly recommend.
