Absolutely one of the most caring and compassionate physicians I have ever met . We had wonderful care from Dr. Sawyer.. Tremendous knowledge as well.

I’ve had this Dr for over 2 years now, through my phase 1 clinical trial for mesothelioma. He’s very , very informative and compassionate and always takes time (& beyond) to answer my endless list of questions. Brilliant doctor.

Dr Sawyer was never on time. At my mothers last appointment, he encouraged surgery for her cancer and spent most of the time talking about how wonderful he is. He neglected to show my mom her most recent CT, so she was not aware that her cancer had leaped from 4 priorty nodules, to 12 in less than a month. She only learned that from her surgeon. This oncologist focused on the surgery, not the cancer.

He is very clever, cares deeply about all his patients, Hit is a crusade for him against cancer and he has a great staff as well. He treated me like a thinking human being kept nothing from me. He has a devoted staff think they world of time. He was so busy he was hard too come on this schedule sometimes but it didn’t matter he always turned up. He was always ready to talk and explain what was going on honestly but with care.
