He is very rude and has no patience at all. At our very first radiation appointment he didn't even bother explaining the whole radiation process. Our chemotherapy doctor had to do that for him. He doesn't even warn you before shoving an endoscope violently into your nose. It always feels like he's in a rush to leave the room and he definitely has no empathy for his patients. Several times he pulled a no show during the most critical time of radiation treatment. They didn't even find a replacement doctor to see us and we had to ask a whole bunch of people before they rescheduled. Overall, he is the worst doctor I have ever encountered and he should take a course on bedside manners.

Saw him today , unfortunately .
As a retired healthcare professional, I found his bedside manner to be equal or less than a that of a 1st year medical student. He delivered a long soliloquy and refused to answer question until he was finished with his spiel . To hell with ensuring patient understanding or engaging the patient in his care plan. He was inept in identifying special concerns unique to the individual and ensuring they were addressed . He was completely oblivious to the patient’s and families emotional and comfort. He truly needs the ACPS to require him to do remedial work in patient and family communications. Patient centered approach , enquire and understand how the patient and their respective loved ones experiences their illness.
He should try switching to medical pathology at least his patients would be in pieces or dead.
No more communication issue .problem solved.

Gave too strong and long radiation treatments for my husband. Even radiologist was surprised at his ‘prescribed’ radiation treatments. My husband had to stop treatments twice, and was hospitalized. He wanted to stop, but Dr Jha and his team wanted him to finish to matter what. It is now 5 years since radiation and my husband had NO quality of life. Really consider have this Dr should be referred to him. I would change in a heart beat. Being alive does not constitute life worth
living.

Dr. Jah goes out of his way to ensure that his patients are comfortable and explains ‘everything’ to the “T”. He not only encouraged my Husband but also myself as his supporter. My Husband is cancer free since 2014! GOD BLESS DR. JAH!. We also love his personality and humor.
