DR. CHAPPELL HAS BEEN MY PHYSICIAN SINCE 1994. I COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER DOCTOR...SHE IS KNOWLEDGABLE, CARING AND NOT TOO QUICK TO PRESCRIBE MEDICATION WHEN IT MIGHT NOT BE REQUIRED. SHE TRULY IS THE BEST DOCTOR I'VE EVER BEEN TO. WITH ALL HER PATIENTS I'M AMAZED THAT SHE SEEMS TO REMEMBER ME AS THOUGH I WAS JUST IN YESTERDAY YET IT HAD BEEN A YEAR SINCE I LAST SAW HER. SHE'S GREAT.

I have been going to see Dr Chappell, along with her associates for over 10 years. She is very patient, helpful & a great listener. She delivered my third daughter. It was a bit of a scary experience at one time, but she was excellent & kept me calm. I'm very lucky to have found her & her counterparts. She's terrific!

Dr. Chappell is an amazing and caring person. I was sad when the practice became an obstetric practice rather than family practice. However, dealing with Roberta at the front desk was a nightmare!! It got to the point I would rather go to a walk in clinic. I think the office would benefit with a "changing of the guard"

Dr chappell is kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate her honesty and time taken in listening and diagnosing a patient. Unlike her counterpart, Susan Sutton, I would reccomend Nicola to friends and family. Dr. Sutton should be stripped of her title.

Started going to this group of Docs when I got pregnant with my first child. After the birth, going back to my family doctor made me uncomfortable so Dr. Chappell took me on for her family practice. I’m so glad she did! We have now been there for 9 years and all 3 of my kids are there too. I enjoy all the doctors at the office and never leave frustrated. They really know us and care about us. We are so happy! We were sad to see Roberta go! She was fantastic!

Doctors here are fantastic, but I do have to say there choice of staffing is horrible!! They had Roberta there she was great with the patients, then she left, then they had Tammy who was very knowlegeable about her job, and so great with us during this wonderful experience in our life, and they let her go,(so we were told by the front desk girl) they have 2 left at the front now, which definetly are not the 2 I would ever choose to keep around! sad to see such bad choices in that office

Dr. Nicola Chappell is one of the very few doctors I’ve seen in my lifetime that are willing to spend as much time as you need to discuss your concerns without any feeling of being rushed. Very thorough, will provide explanations, diagrams, literature and her own as well as popular and not so popular opinion to arm you with all pertinent information. Very attentive.
