Dr Laniewski is not only a wonderful doctor but a very caring person. He explained everything before my procedure and made me feel at ease. My results were excellent and I feel so much better about myself. His fees were very reasonable and worth every cent. I would recommend him to anyone , he has an office at Wahroonga and a new office soon at Baulkham Hills.

Dr Laniewski was formally polite but very impersonal. No sincerity or warmth. I wanted an assessment but got no advice on what would be best suited for my age / face symmetry / skin. Since I was being stared at and the clock seemed to be running - I just went with dysport. Never had anything before and I thought it wouldn't be too risky. After spending a $1000.00, I got 0 results. I looked exactly the same after ten days. I contacted the clinic several times but was brushed off. I asked if I would have pay for extra dysport if I came in for a 'top up' in the 2 week follow up and was told I would have to pay for a top up if it wasn't working. I had no money left for this and couldn't afford another consultation fee with another plastic surgeon. So I wasted my money. Most unhappy with results and treatment. Will try a different doctor if I ever go back again. May just age gracefully! Would rather donate this money to a good cause! I feel like I have been scammed.

I was the doctor's last appointment for the day. When I went into the doctor's room, he greeted me with a frown. I tried to engage the doctor's attention by asking specific questions about the procedure I was interested in. The doctor kept avoiding me and addressed his assistant instead. I found it quite bizarre as it appeared that he wanted nothing to do with me and wanted his assistant to do all the talking and the explaining. I decided to look for another surgeon.

impersonal, unprofessional - in a rented office with other businesses in there!!! I am a low paid welfare worker and wanted to do something special. This doctor clearly did not care one iota. I wanted a consultation just to get an opinion on my skin. He wasn't interested at all in giving any advice. Because I was there I thought ok I will get botox (1500.00) and it didn't work - they were not interested when I complained after a week and again a fortnight. chucked my long time saved money down the drain.

This doctor is so cold blooded! I went in to try and find someone I could feel comfortable enough with to my breast aug – he was dry, disconnected and just kept passing off my questions to his assistant. Ridiculous. No explanation, no before and after photos / don’t waste your money on a consult with this doctor!

I often don’t leave feedback on sites such as this but when I was looking at having breast surgery sites like this were the first place I turned to get honest feedback. So I feel it’s now important for me to share my experience and hopefully help anyone else out there seeking advice.
To be honest after reading some of the reviews on here I questioned whether I had picked the right surgeon despite having a very positive experience with Dr Laniewski and his friendly staff. My worries where soon put to ease after speaking with a theatre nurse that has worked with Dr Laniewski. She described him as a ‘perfectionist’ and a surgeon that ‘takes his time’ ensuring the best possible outcome for his patients.
Im now 6 days post breast surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
I was seen by both Dr Laniewski and my anaethatist the day following my surgery before I was discharged from hospital (I chose to stay overnight) where he answered all my questions. Since then I have been contacted by his staff twice to see how I am going. I raised some concern about some swelling at the incision site and was asked if I could email some pictures (as I live 6hrs from the clinic). I then received another reassuring call from the staff at the clinic followed by another call from Dr Laniewski himself later in the day. I could not recommemd this surgeon enough based on my experience with him and the team in his clinic.

Extremely bad experience with this plastic surgeon! My nose is still crooked and he was so ashamed of the simple procedure he couldn’t perform correctly that he couldn’t even provide me or anyone else with before an after shots. I complained about my nose and they said if I didint like it i had to pay another 8k for their mistake!! I tried to leave feedback on there facebook but they deleted it (shows you what there really like)

I don’t have a bad word to say about Dr Laniewski or his wonderful staff. I saw him with a breast implant rupture which was not a straight forward procedure. I have had 2 procedures with another to be done in the future. The rooms have given me amazing pre and post op care, always kept me in the loop and I have always felt that my wishes and safety have always been their top priority. Dr Laniewski is gentle and attentive and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I am so happy with my results and so glad I got my procedure, but absolutely no post surgery care. I was told I would get follow up phone calls to see how I was going and after 2 months nothing. I have tried calling and was told I would get a phone call back that day but nothing and honestly just getting sick of me doing all the running around. They are quiet happy to take your money and tell you everything you want to hear but then let you down with zero after service care.
