This doctor lacks empathy and bed side manner. He was extremely rude and condescending. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a physician

He was amazing! Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better physician to see my daughter! She was so scared and he got to her level, explained things to her (she’s 6) first in a a way she could understand! Then gave us a more detailed explanation of what was going on and his plan of treatment. It has been a couple days now since we were there and everything seems to be getting better! Thank you Dr. Brain!

As a nursing student I was stressed and didn’t have the time to go into a walk in clinic. At 11:30 at night I was brought to the ER because eating and drinking hurt and started to make me loose weight. I was seen right away, Dr. Brain was excellent, he talked me through what he was doing and what med he was prescribing and why. He saw that I was studying at the same time while waiting to get treatment. (10 minutes at max) … It took more time to be admitted than to be seen. I highly recommend him!

Saw him twice at TDH. Misdiagnosed me twice, and on serious matters. Not worth seeing

Very terrible service at TDH. Waited for over 4 hours to be told I had a viral infection without doing a swab test.

He treated my baby at the Emergency Department in Timmins, Was excellent with my son, and very helpful. He is seems extremely intellegent
