Once in the office the waiting for the doctor to arrive is very lengthy. Referral appointments for specialists are anywhere from 4-6 weeks for their office to book that app't, then another wait to actually see the specialist.

I have seen Dr.Butchey a couple times in ER for myself as a pregnant woman who fell, we couldn't find a heart beat, but he remained calm and after a while found it, also for my daughter, with whom he made feel ver comfortable. GREAT doctor. very thorough, and possibly the most beautiful eyes in Tillsonburg ;)

I like DR. Butchey, He is very nice, calming. He doesn't assume anything and sends you to specialist. The office is another thing. Trying to phone in for service is next to impossible. They close for lunch, which happens to be one of the only times I can call. They also misplaced two of my referrels, they got filed and never sent. No happy about that.

the scheduling is horrible, one day it took me 40 minutes, to find out I had to call back the next time to schedule, tried 3 times, I gave up, went to the office, with no results. this is not exceptabel for anyone to go through.think of the seniors in Tillsonburg!!!

He is such a great Dr. To have. Friendly and very knowledgeable. It takes no time to get in and see him. My entire family is with him now. Even the kids like going to see him. Hopefully he stays in the area for a very long time

I do love having Dr Butchey as my doctor but there has been more then two times that he has gone on vacation the same time i am due for repeats. And he has nobody to cover for him.. wish there was a way He could fill out ppls repeats before he leaves. He is very calming and easy to talk too. Like i said no problems other then been stuck twice During holidays with no meds and having to go to hospital. Only because my refills. Like the new staff. Other then lisa.

I love Dr Robert Butchey as my family Dr and recommend him to anyone young and old. I was upset at first when he moved from Tillsonburg to London because I thought I was loosing the Dr I loved. I was able to follow him to his new practice in London because he love’s his patients and didn’t want to leave anyone behind. It’s a little over an hour’s drive for me one way but I would follow him to the moon if needed. Any concerns I have are addressed and if I need to see a specialist which I have then he’s right on it. Will not send you for any tests not needed where other Dr’s would. I thought I would never find another another GP as great as the Dr I had as a child. I really lucked out and there honestly is not one negative thing I would say about Dr Butchey. I look forward to my visits every three to four months because I know I’m in the best hand’s. Not to mention if I can’t get in and need a medication refilled he’s right on calling it in to my pharmacy for me. I absolutely love Dr Butchey as a family Dr and he really found his calling in life. Great knowledge, bedside manner and humor which is important at time’s. Not to mention his honesty which is very much appreciated. Just a great Dr and man all around ☆☆☆☆☆

I love having Dr.butchey for my family doctor. I travel an hour just to see him because it took a very long time to finally find a family doctor I like. He is amazing with my kids and he remembers us and doesn’t just see us as a pay check. Most of the staff is great except for that Russian girl who likes to argue with patients and chew her gum like a cow.
