Had three appointments for two frozen shoulders. Gave me a little information, not much more than I already knew. In one appointment he told me he didn't have in his notes that the second shoulder was frozen?? Didn't give any assistance - just said to wait it out. Don't no why I was to keep coming back except to fill up his appointment book. I'm still waiting it out - eighteen months later.

Dr. Anderson...I am so impressed! I needed information & treatment regarding my knee. He was able to explain well. I tried joint injections first & then had a knee replacement. He made sure I knew what to expect. No post op problems. I couldn't have asked for more.

I saw this doctor on two occassions. The first time, he said that knee surgery was a must and the only way to fix my problem. I was hesitant, so he told me to try physio, but if I wanted relief surgery was the only option. I finally conceded and made a follow-up appointment to book my surgery. At the second appointment he told me that I was not a good candidate for surgery and "like he had told me previously i was just born this way" WHAT?!! He then went on to describe my knee like a car accident with a scratch to the metal in a place they couldn't bondo.I am a girl who took bio in university not auto body. Did he think the car analogy would help? He looked at the same x-rays and had two completely different diagnosises. And,I waited two hours to be told to go home and blame genetics.

Lance performed PCL surgery on me in September 2011, he didn't tell me anything about the procedure until I was in pre-op. Surgery is better than before surgery, but he didn't provide me with ANY post-op visits even after phoning him for months after the operation!!!! Very impersonal, and very unprofessional!!! I had many concerns with nerve damage and have still not received any feedback from him. Regardless of my concerns, I will say it was easy to make an appointment and only took me a few months to get the surgery.

Very poor follow up if there is a problem he does not know what to do, he just told me to go and see another doctor. I've been in pain for 2 1/2 years ever since he did my knee replacement.

Had my left knee replaced 1 1/2 ago. In pain for most of the time after that until surgery was supposed to happen just before the covid 19 hit and surgery was cancelled until mid June. Day sergery was booked for first week

Very please with his care . Easy to talk to. Answers questions readily. Spent time with me before surgery to reassure me and make sure I was in good spirits and confident. Nite after surgery he came by around 9:00 and again.. spent time . Very relaxed . Excellent bedside manner

After 2 failed surgeries I would not recommend this surgeon to anyone!
He doesn’t come around after surgery and you are left not knowing how things went! Instead of making an appointment for you he asks you to call his office and make the appointment!
He is always in a rush and you feel very unimportant!
