I saw this doctor on two occassions. The first time, he said that knee surgery was a must and the only way to fix my problem. I was hesitant, so he told me to try physio, but if I wanted relief surgery was the only option. I finally conceded and made a follow-up appointment to book my surgery. At the second appointment he told me that I was not a good candidate for surgery and “like he had told me previously i was just born this way” WHAT?!! He then went on to describe my knee like a car accident with a scratch to the metal in a place they couldn’t bondo.I am a girl who took bio in university not auto body. Did he think the car analogy would help? He looked at the same x-rays and had two completely different diagnosises. And,I waited two hours to be told to go home and blame genetics.

Lance performed PCL surgery on me in September 2011, he didn’t tell me anything about the procedure until I was in pre-op. Surgery is better than before surgery, but he didn’t provide me with ANY post-op visits even after phoning him for months after the operation!!!! Very impersonal, and very unprofessional!!! I had many concerns with nerve damage and have still not received any feedback from him. Regardless of my concerns, I will say it was easy to make an appointment and only took me a few months to get the surgery.

Very poor follow up if there is a problem he does not know what to do, he just told me to go and see another doctor. I’ve been in pain for 2 1/2 years ever since he did my knee replacement.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Anderson for about a year an a half. He runs a little late sometime (half an hour) because he gets backed up with patients but i don’t mind because it means that he’s not rushing you. He pushed me to appeal a wcb claim which was succesful. had my Miniscus operated on and half a year later my knee is doing better. no complaints very profesional. Good work was walking after surgery

Dr Anderson did a major rebuild on my shoulder tendon muscle tears torn rotator and labrum better than it was will see after physio he is good and seems to know what he is doing I would use him again so far so good aches a lot after 2 months
