Poor clinical skills, very inattentive, smiles and laughs but provides no care. He is great at refills, should be changing his profession because the word doctor does not suit him. Misdiagnosed my Dad and 2 other friends of mine. We do not go to Parkland because it is like a dollar store of doctors. No care, rude staff and guess who owns it Dr. Kibria. You can see the standard fall to the lowest of low in the last few years, all I hear in the area is people are asking for help and not getting any care what so ever at this clinic. Dr. Kibria is into business and money should hang his coat and leave, does not come but gets someone else to see his patients he practices medicine from home while her LPN, RNs cater to his patients as they see fit. The college should be looking into complaints ..................
