I found Dr Dutt to be very helpful in all areas of the procedure she performed on our son. She was punctual and very friendly. I was surprised to see a negative comment about her. I would use her again in a flash. Maybe you just got her on a bad day, most doctors are pretty flat-out and they’re only human, they have the occassional bad day. As far as we are concerned the care and service provided by her and her staff was excellent.

Found her extremely frustrating,not very good at understanding the best interest of the child fixated on areas outside her expertise and a large degree of being unhelpfull to the point of actually being intimidating, and pushy on what she believed was required treatment. After exhaustive follow up by a different provider with more experience we ended up getting the correct treatment. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend
