Yes, best doctor - all of Banff thinks she's fantastic- professional, understand, helpful, attentive (even when she's extremely busy, you'd never know it), thorough and great on follow up

She was the best doctor my family had, hands down. However, I had no idea she was leaving to Alberta. When I went for my usual appt. the office told me that she had left to open a bed and breakfast in Banff!! I couldn't believe no one called to let me know that I'd have to look for a new doctor! I was very disappointed. I'm relieved to see she's continuing her practice in Banff. They are truly lucky, and should be grateful to have a fabulous doctor!

When I lived in Banff 6 years ago, I was diagnosed with endometriosis. Dr.Pentelichuk went about and beyond for me. When I left Banff and moved to calgary I would drive out to see her for my yearly appointment and she would remember important details in my life. In a place like Banff, you couldn't ask for a better more suited doctor

Tanya is far and above the best Dr. I have ever had. In these difficult times when it is almost impossible to get a physician, she took me on because my daughters are her patients. As stated above, she really does go above and beyond to give the best possible care, and she truly listens. This is why I travel from Sherwood Park to Banff to see her.

Dr. Pentelichuk was a terrific doctor, but her focus has changed and she seems to have lost interest and is very hard to reach. Her staff (receptionist & nurse) are horrible. Not only are they rude, but do not relay messages I leave for Dr. Pentelichuk. She if often sick or simply out of the office. I am very disappointed with the new level of service provided. It's unfortunate, because she was the best doctor I had known. Hopefully, she will hire better staff, and be more accessible to patients in the future.

I have had Tanya as my family doctor for several years now. No matter what the medical reason is that I visit her for (I am a 51 yr old male), I always feel at ease, respected, listened to and valued. Her knowledge is great and she always helps me getting the right treatment or the right referral. Often I am in and out within 15 minutes of the start of my appointment, but I never feel rushed.

She is knowledgable, but very unreliable. She is often out of the office for various reasons, and is very difficult to get in touch with. She barely returns her calls. Not impressed with this doctor.

As my doctor for 9 years I’ve been dissapointed in her for the last 5 as she was never in office and always had new staff every 6 months, her clinic has to many clinents for her to handle and to many new doctors in and out of it.

She used to be good. Now? Horrible. She doesn’t return calls, she’s barely in her office, she doesn’t give out test results even when their bad (which is what we need to know), and she’s all about “HER” life. She’s a crappy Dr.
